Job Description
- Provide engineering support to production teams
- Maintain and repair production machinery
- Implement preventive maintenance plans
- Troubleshoot and solve mechanical and electrical issues
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Train and mentor junior team members
- Collaborate with other departments to meet production targets
Working Hours: Days & Nights rotating - Panama - 2 Weeks Days, 2 Weeks Nights The Successful Applicant
A successful Maintenance Engineer/Technician should have:
- A recognised qualification in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical or Multi-Skilled)
- Proficiency in using mechanical and electrical tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
