An established business in Colchester is looking for a Part Time Payroll Administrator to provide payroll support and to work on 2 different payrolls.
This successful candidate will need to have gained payroll experience, work within a team environment and ideally looking for around 16/20 hours a week..
Responsibilities:
- Work within the payroll team to collate, prepare and input data, for two monthly payrolls using the
- companies HR and Payroll software systems.
- Process end-to-end payrolls accurately and according to deadlines. Including starters,
- leavers, maternity, paternity, sickness, overtime.
- Prepare reports and reconcile completed payrolls in preparation for final checking.
- Ensure pension contributions are uploaded and paid to pension providers on time.
- Distribute P45’s, P60’s and Auto Enrolment notifications to employees.
