QHSE Manager

I’m recruiting on behalf of a leading technological and engineering platform specialising in the design, construction, and operation of safe and sustainable complex infrastructure and plants. They’re actively seeking an experienced Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Manager.

This pivotal role involves overseeing the department across a diverse range of offshore projects. It’s a permanent staff role based in Kingston-Upon-Thames, 3 days per week in the office, 2 from home.

Key Responsibilities: QHSE Manager

- Develop and implement advanced QHSE Management Systems.

- Coordinate QHSE personnel for optimal performance.

- Ensure compliance with regulations, driving continuous improvement.

- Support Bid Management for project success.

- Conduct impactful internal QHSE audits.

- Drive excellence by allocating resources effectively.

- Lead incident investigations and propose improvements.

 

Key Requirements: QHSE Manager

- Proven offshore industry experience.

- HSE is more important than Quality.

- In-depth knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) regulations.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

- Relevant QHSE certifications.
