Contract and Performance Manager (Ref 2024-63)
Location: Housing Centre, Belfast
The postholder will support the management and co-ordination of contract monitoring, assisting in the development and implementation of a comprehensive approach to monitoring and supporting the delivery of Planned maintenance* in accordance with contracts and NIHE policies and procedures in line with our vision and values.
*Planned maintenance works are inclusive of but not limited to Multi Elements of House Improvement works, Tower Block Refurbishment or Demolition works, External Cyclical Maintenance and Major Adaptations to properties.
The current salary for this post is £38,223 - £48,474 per annum. We also have an excellent pension scheme with an employer contribution of 19%.
