Personal Assistant / Carer
Purpose of the job
X2 PA’s required for a lovely couple in Stockport, SK12 area. To support both to be as independent as possible.
Hours and rate of Pay
£11.00 per hour – for each client
Client 1 - 18 hours per week (1 hr morning call 9 am Monday – Friday / Sunday 9:30am
30 minutes lunch call – Monday – Friday (12:30)
30 minutes tea call – Monday – Friday (10:45)
30 minutes bed call – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (9pm)
Client 2 - 13 hours per week – (1 hour morning call – Monday – Friday (10am)
Tea call – Monday – Friday (17:15pm)
Main Duties
Personal care
Making meals
Light housework
Assisting with the toilet
Assisting with dressing
Preparing & cooking meals
Hair Care
Personal Assistant Specification
Basic cooking skills needed.
My DBS check will be required.
Assistant must be honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
My assistant must respect my privacy and always maintain my dignity.
My assistant must be enthusiastic and flexible with a caring disposition.
You must be able to work well independently.
My personal assistant is accountable to me in all aspects of their work. They should always ask what my needs are and listen to my directions and requests.
The post is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure which will be funded through your employer.
