Position Summary:

The Credit Control & Billing Administrator (German speaking) will be responsible for the application of all payments/receipts daily and reconciliation of the payment application process to include all research necessary to ensure both timely and accurate posting. Balance to the bank statement daily.

• 2 year degree in accounting, finance, business or other related field or equivalent experience
• Proven experience with Billing, Accounts Receivable
• Proficient with D365, Advanced Excel, Basic accounting skills, presentation skills, good communications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Native or highly fluent in German (verbal and written)
• Ability to tactfully communicate (oral/written and in person or on the phone) with internal and external ‘customers’ including third parties and fellow employees
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information is essential
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required

*This position will be hybrid and required to be onsite at our Harrow, U.K. offices 3 days a week.

Physical Requirements

• All positions will require, to some degree, the physical abilities described below to perform the essential functions of the job
• Work the expected hours, consistently arrive at work at the agreed time and follow C ompany rules and guidelines regarding breaks and meal periods. This role will typically work 37.5 hours per week with additional work time as needed
• Communicate effectively, both oral and written
• Move around and through all work areas as needed, may include climbing stairs or ladders
• Lift and/or move up to 5 kilos (i.e. books, reports, binders etc.)
• Regularly sit at the assigned workstation
• Use keyboard or equivalent equipment, to access the computer
• Use hands to manipulate documents and general paperwork to view contents
• Read documents, reports, files etc.
• Communicate effectively using the telephone and email
• Occasional travel (15%) within the European region

• Cash entry and allocation daily
