As an Apprentice (Electoral Services), you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the necessary changes required by the Elections Act. Your responsibilities will include assisting with election planning and delivery, as well as maintaining and preparing the Register of Electors.

The apprenticeship will be based in County Hall, Durham but you may be required to work at any council workplace within County Durham. 

What qualification will I gain?
You will study towards the Business Administrator Level 3 standard with Durham Learn.

What will I need?
You must either have or expect to achieve 4 GCSE’s grade 9-4/A*-C in English and Maths or an equivalent qualification, together with good communication and ICT skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
