Position: Sports Coach/PE Teacher
Location: Fareham
Salary Scale: £85-£110 per day
Contract Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities: - As a Sports Coach you will plan and deliver high-quality sports sessions for primary school students.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate and inclusive sports programs.
- As a Sports Coach you will foster a love for physical activity and healthy lifestyles.
- Identify and nurture students' individual talents and interests in sports.
- As a Sports Coach you will collaborate with teachers to integrate physical education into the broader curriculum.
- Organize and participate in school sports events, competitions, and extracurricular activities.
- As a Sports Coach you will monitor and assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Promote values such as teamwork, sportsmanship, and respect.
Requirements: - Recognized qualification in sports coaching or physical education.
- Proven experience in delivering sports coaching sessions to primary school students.
- A thorough understanding of child development and the ability to tailor activities to different age groups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for promoting physical activity and a healthy lifestyle.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive sports environment.
