• Assisting with the general management of the office by providing general and administrative support
• Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence, reports, quotations and meeting agendas
• Completing research projects on behalf of management team and preparing reports on findings
• Maintaining computerised database records, updating when required and sending out regular mailouts
