Job description
Culmen is hiring Counter Threat Finance (CTF) Planners to support a global DOD counter threat program. There are Jr, Mid and Sr level positions needed.

Coordinate and manage intelligence analysis activities, including technical analysis and operational business processes, such as strategic and operational planning, training, operations, and customer support; and establishing repeatable processes to support DoD stakeholders, and supporting the strategic planning related to CTF.
Support the USG with providing key milestone and activity information for TFI analysis-related strategic planning efforts and tasks, and in providing updates to DoD leadership.
Required for all levels:
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Willingness to sit for a CI Poly if required.
- Experience conducting meta-data analysis exploitation, typically found in analysts who have experience supporting operational units and require a foundational understanding of using open-source intelligence software tools.
- Experience in planning with Interagency Partners.
- Experience using the DoD Joint Planning Process, to include supporting interagency operations, to support national efforts to counter threat networks.
- Experience working with financial and economic elements of national power. Additional certification, such as PMP (Project Management Professional), or graduate of a military Joint Planners Course is preferred. Be skilled in planning Operations in, and for, CCMDs and/or U.S. national-level departments and agencies.
- Understand USG global efforts relating to counter threat finance efforts
- Understand the DoD Joint Planning Process, to include supporting interagency operations.
- Recognize and understand Federal agency performance measurement and reporting requirements, preferably specific experience with value determination meth
- Understand the interagency intelligence cycle to include intelligence consumption and production at all levels by all participants.
- Understand relevant DoD intelligence and intelligence oversight policies, procedures, and requirements.
Jr Level Requirements:
- High School Graduate or G.E.D. AND 5+ years of specialized experience in the required area of expertise.
Mid Level Requirements:
- High School Graduate or G.E.D. AND 10+ years of specialized experience in the required area of expertise.
Sr Level Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree (relevant to the subject area) AND 12+ years of specialized experience.
- Active TS/SCI with CI/Poly
- Experience with cryptocurrency analysis is highly desired.
