Residential Property Associate / Senior Associate - Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
One of the most highly ranked law firms in Kent, are recruiting for a senior level lawyer in their residential property team to replace someone who is retiring.
There is an existing high quality caseload of residential property transactions - many of which are high net worth. This firm focus on quality rather than quantity and therefore the caseload islow volume andhigh value.
You must be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer.
They are looking to recruit at associate or senior associate level and therefore it is anticipated that you will have at least 3 years PQE in managing a caseload of residential conveyancing work, which will include experience of managing high value properties.
On offer is an extremely competitive salary, bonus and benefits package. Along with hybrid and flexible working. They also give secretarial support.
The residential property department has remained busy throughout and as this role is taking over from someone retiring, there is a busy caseload in place to take over.
