Position: Head of Department for Mathematics
Salary Range: £35,204 to £47,839 (TMS to UPS) TLR
Reporting to: Assistant Headteacher
Jubilee High School is seeking an inspirational leader to join our vibrant school community as Head of Mathematics. You will lead a team of passionate teachers to provide outstanding education and enrichment opportunities for every student. This subject area is seen as a real strength from our parent voice and students have a real thirst for this subject.
As Head of Department, you will oversee the strategic development and vision for Mathematics at Jubilee High. Key responsibilities will include developing the curriculum, supporting your team in delivering outstanding lessons, leading on assessing student outcomes and progress, continuing to develop our Further Maths programme, fostering partnerships within our community to support extra-curricular and enrichment activities. We are looking for an ambitious and dedicated professional who focuses on driving measurable progress and academic outcomes and shares our ethos of nurturing the well-being of both students and staff.
