Job description
Due to continued growth as the number one water softener manufacturer in the UK and Europe we are looking for a people who are passionate about Customer Service to join our customer care team based in Old Woking, Surrey.
Our customer service advisors are the first point of contact for our customers seeking to obtain advice or requesting information about our services and products. You will be booking service appointments, collecting and processing payments, resolving any complaints and upselling additional products. We demonstrate understanding, professionalism, compassion and accuracy on every call providing a first class customer service.
- Do you have a passion for customer service and take ownership of your customer; finding ways to resolve any issue?
- Do you have experience working within a service delivery or contact center (desirable)?
- Do you have experiencing of using a CRM system (desirable)?
- Can you manage high call volumes?
- Do you have strong IT skills and can use Microsoft 365?
- Are you organized, have amazing attention to detail and great time management skills?
- Do you have exceptional communication skills & can provide detailed information and advice in a clear and positive manner?
- Can you work effectively under pressure within a busy environment?
- Can you manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure?
- Do you work well as part of a team and can build working relationships for effective collaboration?
- Are you an approachable character with a positive persona and promote positivity within the workplace?

- This role is 5 days a week covering Monday – Saturday, between the hours of 8am – 8pm and overtime can be available
