Administrator Assistant / Front of House
35 hours a week, all year-round contract
Salary grade scale 3 4 - £21,575 £22,777 (pro rata)
depending on experience

Can you contribute to the smooth running of our nursery?
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic administrator to provide general administrative support as part of the Nursery office team, with specific tasks related to admissions and children transitions. This role also includes the reception duties.
This is a varied role and duties will include:
Accurately maintaining student records in line with our GDPR and Safeguarding policies
Acting as a liaison between parents and nursery staff
Assist with all administrative tasks and procedures associated with organising the nursery events and activities
Processing food orders for the childrens catering provisions.
Providing first point of contact for nursery visitors
We are ideally looking for someone who has:
Previously worked within an office, has administration experience or the aptitude to learn these skills
Ability to work under pressure, dealing with conflicting demands and interruptions
Effective communication skills and has the ability to form positive working relationships
A positive 'can do' attitude
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines
Works accurately with great attention to detail.
Excellent IT skills.
You need to be reliable, enthusiastic and dedicated to providing an excellent service. The successful applicant will be positive and patient to contribute to the welcoming and inclusive atmosphere within the nursery.
