I am extremely excited to be recruiting for a well established and respected Nursing Home based in Chelmsford. I am looking to speak to experienced Home Managers looking to manage a 65 bed home with an already GOOD CQC rating which is bordering on OUTSTANDING.
This home is based just off the M25 in the beautiful town of Orpington.
You will receive a competitive salary of up to £65,000, additional annual leave as well as incredible support from the regional team to ensure the very best care is taken both for your development and the residents needs.
The Company And The Home
As Home Manager in Chelmsford, you will be working in a service that is both purpose built and beautiful. The provider provides personalised care and for dementia and elderly residential care. In addition to this there is also the ability to work with respite beds, a fast paced and business part of the role, to keep things interesting.
