• Senior Human Resources Manager – UK & Ireland and Nordics (UKINORD)

  Reporting to General Manager, UKINORD

  Direct Report HR Administrator, UKINORD

  We are seeking a HR leader who can help build a culture of engagement, development and high performance, maximizing the talents of our employees at all levels. In this role, your focus will be on leading the development and implementation of CONMED's talent strategies and processes in our UKINORD regions, including talent strategy, succession planning, developing emerging leaders, building a robust talent pipeline and focusing on competencies and skills required to meet future growth in our business.

  You will be a core member of the UKINORD Leadership Team (LT) and a crucial partner to the region’s business leaders in achieving business goals as you share the responsibility for delivering results. You will be responsible for HR-related internal activities and communication.

  
  This role requires a strategic thinker who can influence business leaders, develop deep partnerships and manage the change that comes along with many exciting initiatives to take CONMED to the next level, while also being someone who will naturally have the frame of mind of not shying away from the detailed and task-oriented parts of the job as required.

  
  Duties And Responsibilities
  Participate as a key member of the UKINORD LT and develop strong partnership with the other LT members and their teams

• Lead initiatives to help the region to build capabilities in staffing, employee engagement, talent management & development, etc.
• Partner with local leaders as it relates to development and implementation of organizational design
• Provide HR guidance to local management in coaching and counseling, career development, performance management, disciplinary actions, etc.
• Partner with the International and Corporate HR functions such as Talent Management and HRIS as their core contact for UKINORD
• Partner with employees and management to communicate various employment policies, procedures, laws and government regulations
• Performs other duties as required and assigned

• Work Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of HRBP experience, with 3+ years on a management team preferable.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex employee relations/performance management matters, org design, change management, compensation planning & administration.

• As a person, you will have strong executive presence, be impactful and engaging. You will be credible at every level of the organization, a strong influencer and someone who can build trusted relationships through supportive dialogue and constructive challenge.

  
  Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or other relevant field of study.
