Job description
The Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and conscientious Year Leader (non-teaching). The role will be to lead the pastoral progress (behaviour, attendance and well-being) of students across a year group in the school. The successful applicant will have the drive and passion to make a difference to students at Ridgeway High School, helping to improve attendance and learning outcomes.
A major part of the role involves engaging with parents/carers and families to provide early intervention, support and guidance with regard to attendance and behaviour.

Interviews are expected to take place the following week.
