Alexander James Recruiting is looking to expand with the addition of a new Recruitment Consultant based in Worcester. A specialist within specific niche sectors in the Sales & Engineering arena, we require an individual with a strong desire to be part of a long-term growth plan which comes with great earning potential along with several other benefits. Requirements

We’re open to an individual totally new to recruitment who has the drive and energy to succeed with a strong commercial focus. Ultimately, our company requires an individual who is investable and who desires a position with strong long-term prospects as well as excellent earning potential. Alexander James Recruiting seeks an individual who shares its recruitment ethics in respect of candidate/client engagement and most importantly the long-term planning and time needed to setup & develop a successful recruitment desk and company. We’re specifically looking to grow our ‘service’ desk meaning you will be involved in recruiting for positions including but not limited to field service/workshop engineer’s & technician’s, Service Manager’s, Installations Manager’s, Project Manager’s, Contract Manager’s & CAD designer’s.

Benefits

· Competitive Basic Salary dependent on experience (£22k-£32k depending on experience) and regularly reviewed upon improved performance

· Strong earning potential with OTE of £35k-£45k achievable year one, £55k-£65k achievable year 2
