An experienced Pre School room leader is being sought by our clients in Littlehampton great salary offered together with joining bonus of 500 up to 33 days annual leave and lots of other goodies including cinema tickets shopping discounts and lots more.

Requirements

Ideally you will have

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare

Have at least 2 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery

Have at least 1 years experience of leading and supporting teams

Can inspire energise and support others

Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn

Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations

A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
