Court of Protection Associate Solicitor

Realm

Location

West Yorkshire | United Kingdom

Job description

An award-winning, Legal 500 law firm is seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor with 2-6 PQE to join its team in Leeds at Associate level.

This role therefore represents a fantastic progression opportunity and an immediate step up for someone currently working at solicitor level, ready for the next step.

The role offers top-of-market pay, a super-flexible hybrid working policy, where you’ll be able to work from home for four days per week – smashing the market average of two days out of the water!

The team has grown rapidly in the last 12 months and is now looking for its next rising star Associate to come in and enjoy an unrivalled career pathway that will see them leapfrog their peers.

In the role, you’ll handle a very manageable caseload of 10-15 cases within a wider, experienced team of seven fee earners, plus a further team of paralegals and support professionals. You’ll be advising on property and finance for individuals who have acquired brain injuries, mental illness, learning difficulties and degenerative diseases.
