Role Overview: Credit Controller

We’re currently looking for an experienced Credit Controller for a full-time, permanent position in our finance team. The role is entirely office based and you will be expected to commute to our Livingston Office on a daily basis.

Your Duties:

• Keep stringent management over our entire account base ensuring customers pay debts as per agreed terms
• Chase customers regularly by telephone and email
• Send monthly statements to customers and resolve queries in a timely manner
• Create regular sales ledger reports via Microsoft Dynamics Nav and analyse these appropriately to share necessary updates with Directors on outstanding debtors
• Reconciliation of client accounts and banking receipts
• Set-up new customer accounts on Microsoft Dynamics Nav and other software systems
• Escalate debtor issues to management as and when needed

You should have;

• At least 3 years experience working in a Credit Controller position
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working in a fast paced environment
• Experience working to tight deadlines
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to manage own workload
• Work independently and motive yourself to work hard
• Attention to detail is crucial
• Proficient in Excel
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Nav (desirable)
