We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, hands on, outstanding Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at “Fresh Kitchen” in OL&SP Primary school and oversee the running of this lovely school kitchen based in Heywood, Catering for pupils and staff. You as the Kitchen Supervisor will be passionate about creating fabulous food and going that extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service to our pupils, staff and be able to liaise professionally with our clients: the Head Teacher, Governors and stakeholders.

Our Kitchen Supervisors should:

· Possess excellent culinary skills and be passionate about producing great quality meals while driving our brand forward.

· Be enthusiastic and have an innovative approach.

· Be able to manage, train, develop and motivate a team.

· Be interested in feeding the minds of the future and educating the next generation about food.

· Excellent kitchen management abilities.

· Ensure you and your team have high standards of Food Hygiene and follow the rules of Health & Safety.

· Knowledge of dietary requirements and allergens.

· Good stock control.

· Have excellent communication and organisational skills.

· Be flexible and willing with a “can do” attitude.
