Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with teams to plan and compile product assortments, leveraging sales data and market trends to achieve KPIs.
Develop expertise in product ranges, conducting competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunities.
Engage with the web team to optimize online trading strategies and resolve delivery issues.
Select and integrate recruitment tools into product offerings, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Provide briefings to the creative team, contributing to concept development, and travel to France for range construction, fostering international collaboration.
Skills and Experience:
Experience within a Clothing Retail environment with responsibility for 'selection'
Creativity and a passion for clothing is a must!
Outgoing and confident - ideal!
Some international travel is required.
