Job description
Production Operative needed in Banbury, Oxford, £11.05ph (Dayshift) £13.26ph (Nightshift) PAYE - Reference: HF1
NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE NEEDED
MUST BE ABLE TO DO 12 HOUR SHIFTS PER DAY/NIGHT
Day Shift 6am – 6pm or Night Shift 6pm to 6am (Monday to Sunday shifts are available, you are able to select the days/nights you are available to work each week)
12 hour shifts
Main Responsibilities
■ Scanning of the box barcodes to identify ingredients required
■ Quality checking of ingredients prior to packing and disposing of poor-quality ingredients via the waste disposal conveyor
■ Contribute to the uninterrupted flow of the production line
■ Effectively contribute to improving line performance and be forthcoming with suggestions to improve efficiencies and line flow
■ Stacking of customer orders onto pallets at the end of the line ready for despatch
■ Escalate any issues or problems to your Team Leader immediately
■ Comply with Food Safety Regulations and quality standards
■ Encourage and help drive the site’s food safety culture, to help prevent deviation in the process that impacts the safety, quality and legality of our products
This is a Full role on a temporary contract basis.
