What will you be doing?
As part of our internal IT team, you will work as part of the IT Data team supporting the IT Cloud and Product Manager. You will work closely with the IT team bringing knowledge of the Qlik product and becoming a key part of projects and changes. The successful candidate will strengthen our data processes and work with colleagues across the Society.
This role will be based in Head Office and will be a blend of office and home working.

About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
Design build and implement reporting and Business Intelligence Proofs of Concept, changes and full solutions using Qlik (Qlik Sense).
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive requirements and understand internal and external business processes.
Create stories/requirements that define low level design (technical solution design)
Implement continuous improvement practices, working on existing Qlik Sense product, reviewing, optimizing and re-designing if needed.
Coach and develop other members of the IT Department.
Essential Criteria:
Degree level qualification in an IT related subject
Strong knowledge of Qlik development and design
Strong commercial experience in troubleshooting SQL queries
Knowledge and application of general and tool specific connectivity, data modelling, security, performance tuning, scripting and integrating advanced analytics into visualisation tools.
Ability to create technical design and development.
Good understanding of software development lifecycle and continuous improvement and have experience in working with Agile methodology.
