Job description
We are actively seeking a Consultant Radiologist with a specialised focus on Breast Radiology, guided by strong values, to become part of a collaborative team at a university hospital in Yorkshire. The chosen candidate will play a vital role within a committed team of Consultant Radiologists, addressing the increasing demands of the department. This surge in workload is a result of service expansion, the pursuit of cancer pathway targets, and active involvement in multidisciplinary meetings.
Daily responsibilities encompass all aspects of screening and symptomatic breast imaging work, involving tasks such as Mammography, Ultrasound, and MRI.
The newly appointed individual will be expected to be a team player, actively participating in audit processes and engaging in quality improvement activities to drive the service forward.
