Residential Conveyancer
A well established legal practice are continuing to expand their residential property team in their Salisbury office. They have a mix of Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers in a healthy and busy department undertaking a range of sales, purchases, lettings, plot sales, new build, equity release and remortgage work. As an experienced Residential Conveyancer the role requires the successful person to be able to provide the best possible service being cost effective, efficient and accurate. Furthermore, you will be required to develop contacts with third parties such as financial advisors, brokers, estate agents, lenders, builders and developers. The role will suit an experienced fee earner, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or a qualified Solicitor. Salary to £50,000Job tags
