Sales Administrator

Hainault, Essex

£24000 - £26000

Monday - Thursday 9am-5.30pm, Friday 9am-5pm (Office based)

22 days holidays + Bank Holidays, pension scheme and parking on site

My client, a well established business based in Hainault, is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their friendly team on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing administrative support to the sales department


• Producing quotations and purchase orders


• Creating and managing invoices


• Liaising with customers regarding sales orders, dealing with any queries


• Liaising with suppliers to source products


• Diary management, organising schedules


• Liaising with the distribution department to arrange deliveries

The ideal candidate:

• Excellent communication skills, confident liaising with all stakeholders


• Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint


• Some experience with Sage 50 desirable
