Are you seeking a new, exciting opportunity within Product Management? Our client is a customer centric, mortgage and savings provider based in Cumbria, who are seeking a Product specialist to join their team, working with the Head of Savings Strategy to implement the product development and pricing strategy. This role is focussed on their Savings portfolio.
Whilst our clients head office is based in Cumbria, they can offer a very flexible, hybrid approach, with 2 days per month in the office and the remainder working remotely.
Duties of the Product Manager will include:
- Responsibility for operating elements of the organisations Product Development Framework, including the product pricing model, product development governance structure, planning and forecasting models.
- Responsibility for operational aspects of product pricing, monitoring and reporting against commercial trading performance, product performance, product profitability, management against Board and regulatory limits.
- Responsibility for developing strong relationships with colleagues to deliver new products and lending partners to respond to changing customer and broker needs.
- Responsible for supporting the Head of Savings Strategy to optimise value creation through trading performance, using a combination of margin, volume and risk quality.
- Accountable for the visibility and accuracy of the product range online, in branch, on deposit aggregators, and visibility on consumer market and comparison websites
- Use market, customer & deposit aggregator insight to identify new opportunities with which to expand or defend existing segments, and differentiate our proposition, aligned to the company’s vision.
The successful individual will possess:
- Previous experience in a Product based role, ideally Savings focussed.
- Previous experience in product pricing.
