An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Case Specialist to join the team in Derby.

As a Case Specialist, you will provide comprehensive support to the Management team in areas related to grievances, disciplinary, capability, and absence management.

This role demands involvement in the investigation of multi-layered cases and requires exceptional expertise in resolving multi-layered HR issues. While the position does not involve team management, it necessitates a manager-level skill set due to its focus on managing intricate cases, including grievances, tribunals, external complaints and so on, with a deep understanding of employment law and ACAS codes.
