A Lucrative Recruitment Opportunity in Brighton and Hove

The Company:

A fast growing recruitment consultancy firm who have divisions in automotive, telecoms, fintech, life science and cyber security. 

The Role: £24K - £28K 

This is a 360 role where initially you will be more on the candidate side and once you get to grips with the basics and you will quickly progress into a client side too

• Researching, identifying, attracting, selecting and shortlisting candidates
• Initiating, managing and developing candidate relationships
• Proactively and consistently strive to identify new candidate and client opportunities within allocated target markets (360)

Requirements:

• Degree (or equivalent) 
• Committed: it does take a while to be successful so commitment and dedication are essential
• Confident: networking is key so confidence is a must!
