The Assessment division of RM provides software and services that underpin global assessment programmes. Our customers include examination boards, central governments and other professional institutions.

We require a School Adoption Lead to facilitate and support the adoption of digital programmes for learning and assessment by schools around the world working as part of the of digital transformation.

The School Adoption Lead will play a pivotal role in facilitating the global onboarding of schools to digital education and assessment programmes working as part of the Customer program of digital transformation. This position requires a strategic thinker who will collaborate closely with the Digital Transformation Team; defining and implementing streamlined processes for school adoption and ensuring that school coordinators have the necessary tools and resources to successfully integrate their institutions into the system.
Main Responsibilities
Interface with the Digital Transformation Team
Collaborate with the Digital Transformation team to align school adoption strategies with broader digital initiatives.
Provide insights and feedback to enhance the effectiveness of the digital adoption program.
Ideation and Requirements Gathering:
Collect ideas and requirements to improve the awareness phase of the school digital adoption program.
Collaborate with Product Owners for Training and Solution Delivery to develop and refine input to materials and resources.
Content Production and Presentations:
Coordinate the production of materials and collateral to support school adoption efforts.
Deliver presentations and produce relevant content to enhance the onboarding experience for school coordinators.
User Guides and Help Documentation:
Plan and develop user guides, documentation, and instructional videos to simplify the onboarding process for school coordinators.
Ensure that materials are well-documented, easily accessible, and user-friendly.
Conference and Event Participation:
Represent RM and the Assessment division in external engagements relating to school adoption and onboarding.
Attend conferences and events focused on school adoption within the Customers community.
Represent the Customer in discussions and forums related to school onboarding processes.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to coordinate the production of collateral and support materials.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for schools.
Feedback Collection and Program Improvement:
Gather feedback from early adopter schools to identify areas for improvement in the adoption program.
Implement changes and enhancements based on feedback to continually refine and optimize the school adoption process.
A School Adoption Lead must have excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work closely with key stakeholders and across internal teams.

RM operates a hybrid working model including office working and working from home as required. Some travel may be required although overseas travel is not expected.
