Job description

Oakleaf Partnership are representing a leading UK law firm focussed on employment law. They are seeking a hard working and proactive HR coordinator to join their busy team in a newly created role.

About the role

The HR Coordinator position is extremely multifaceted providing generalist support and expertise to the business. You will report into the HR manager and work closely with the office coordinator to manage the recruitment, new joiner, leaver and generalist HR function.

Candidate profile/experience

The successful candidate will be a proactive self-starter with ideally 6-12 months previous HR experience within the professional services space. You will have the ability to work independently and with a team and the ability to prioritise tasks.
