National firm seeks ambitious real estate solicitor to join their successful team based in Exeter.
Our client has a market leading reputation for commercial property transactions and has an entrepreneurial, forward thinking approach and team orientated culture.
This firm are looking for a talented real estate solicitor to handle broad ranging matters including commercial acquisitions, disposals, development, landlord & tenant and retail property work.
Working as part of a national real estate group, you will act for a mixture of high profile clients, mainly in the private sector, but there will also be the opportunity to advise on occasion, both public and third sector clients.
This is an excellent role to suit an ambitious lawyer looking for a merit based, supportive environment and the chance to handle high quality work and see clear scope for future career progression.
You should have excellent IT and communication skills together with a strong attention to detail. In return there is a strong salary package with excellent additional benefits.
