Production Engineer Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize both robotic and manual welding processes for efficiency and quality.
- Program, set up, and maintain robotic welding systems to meet production requirements.
- Conduct process analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of welding processes into overall production workflows.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Production Engineer Requirements:
- Proven experience in both robotic and manual welding processes within an engineering or manufacturing setting.
- HNC or Higher in Mechanical or Manufacturing engineering or Robotics or Mechatronics or welding
- Project management skills
- Computer literacy
- Proficient in programming and operating robotic welding systems.
- Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and quality control.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize welding processes for efficiency and product quality.
