Digital Workplace Leader - AV/VC - Crestron/Teams - Services - Bristol
Are you a dynamic Digital Workplace Leader looking to join a fast moving, UK Renowned, values driven organisation with an excellent culture that is going places?
This £1Bn UK Organisation with a reputation for excellence and innovation, urgently require a talented Digital Workplace Lead, to:
- Help them set the vision and strategy for their Digital Workplace Services capability moving forward (multiple site/offices)
- Develop their capability and services further into the next stage of their evolution as a business.
- Build the Team & Services offering further with a key focus on User Experience.
- Set up and lead a Support Services Hub - for Digital Workplace needs across the user base/offices
- Develop key stakeholder relationships across offices with Exec, VIP's etc.
Experience Required:
- Experience providing team and technical leadership with exceptional customer service, and stakeholder management.
- Strong technical experience with AV/VC equipment, Telepresence, and collaboration software such as Crestron, Teams, Zoom.
- Experience Overseeing the deployment, maintenance, and optimisation of digital workplace technologies:
- Conference & Meeting Rooms: Audio Visual, Video Conferencing, Telepresence.
- Technologies: Teams, Surface Pro/Hub, Slack, Creston, HP Laptops, MacBooks etc.
- Desk Solutions: Monitors, Keyboards, Cameras, Connectivity (Laptops, Peripheral etc.)
- Digital Signage Solutions: Office Receptions, Floors, & Common Areas etc.
- Collaborate with IT Service Centre and Infrastructure teams to deliver & support:
- Collaboration Tooling: Microsoft Teams, Slack etc.
- End User Devices: iPhones, Windows Laptops, MacBook Laptops etc.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend suitable solutions.
