Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a UX Designer - Figma. The UX Designer will be responsible for creating, designing and maintaining the User Interfaces for the company's projects using Figma design software. The UX Designer will also conduct User Research and Design Thinking to ensure that all products meet user requirements, standards, and guidelines.
Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to ensure user-centered design.
Work closely with the development team to ensure efficient implementation of user-centered design principles.
Develop user journey maps to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs aligned with client's brand and style guidelines.
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and other design documentation to ensure consistency and quality across products.
User Research and Design Thinking skills
Visual Design and User Experience (UX) skills
Expertise in Figma design software and Prototyping skills
Experience in creating, designing, and maintaining User Interfaces of web/software applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in software development is a plus
