Job description
We are recruiting for a Pig Unit Manager for a farm in Norfolk, PE31.
This is a full-time job on a 1100-sow breeding unit.
The unit operates on a 4 week wean, 3 week batch system with a single parity herd – Just started a re-pop.
Candidates will need a minimum of 2 years of experience working with pigs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of welfare expected by the company. You will have day-to-day responsibility for the 3 members of staff along with the herd of breeding gilts/sows and their offspring.
