Job description

As an Event Supervisor you will be in charge of the event’s security, ensuring that the clients’ property, assets, colleagues and guests are protected from any kind of loss, damage or threat. You will be working very closely with the Security Manager, ensuring that all procedures are followed according to standard.

You will possess excellent communication skills, be passionate about hospitality, well organised and have a strong attention to detail. A strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation is also required.

Ideally, you will have a working knowledge of event organisation, and have experience in a similar role.

We are currently hiring for an Event Supervisor role in London.

What do we look for (required criteria)?

~ Frontline SIA trained and licensed
~ Experience in a Security environment
~ Hold a valid visa/right to work in the UK documentation
~ Have a 5 years’ checkable work history (in accordance to the British Standard 7858)
~ Good communication skills
~ A fair and consistent approach
~ Articulate and well-presented
~ Able to manage difficult situations
~ Real passion for first class customer service
~ Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in emergency situations
~ Ensure our customers receive the best possible value for their spend
~ Flexibility with regards to work hours to meet the demands of the Business
