Job description

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Cardiff to assist with the appointment of a Static Guard, on a 1-year contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £12.00 per hour PAYE

Summary:

The shifts will be 12.5 hours in length with 30 minutes of that being an unpaid break. There will be two types of shifts, a morning shift from 08:00-20:30 and a night shift from 20:00-08:30. The successful candidates will be required to work a pattern of two day shifts, 2 night shifts followed by four days off on a rolling rota. This pattern means that each member of the team will be working an average of 48 hours per week.

There will also be the opportunity for additional shifts when annual leave and sickness creates that requirement.

Staff members would need to make their own way to their allocated site if successful.

Experience in concierge based duties and skills such as First Aid Training and Fire Marshalling would be an advantage.
