Status: Temp/Contract
Location: Aberdeen
Rate: Available Upon Request
Join a leading E&P business to assist with compensation and benefits activities alongside offering HR Administration and analytical support. The ideal candidate should bring prior HR experience within the energy sector, coupled with outstanding problem-solving abilities and proficient IT skills.
Main duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Supporting the day-to-day administration of employee benefits.
- Managing the Reward shared inbox and act as an initial focal point for general reward queries.
- Supporting the Payroll Adviser in monthly payroll processing through facilitating accurate upload of employee data to HRIS.
- Supporting the Benefits Adviser in the management of the share plans.
- Supporting the Rewards Adviser in data collection and submission of salary surveys.
- Reviewing and formally document reward processes, working with relevant stakeholders for their input.
- Maintaining and proactively update reward intranet pages and the employee benefits portal.
- Assisting in timely and accurate data collation for internal and external payroll/reward audits.
- Providing administration support for roll out of reward communications to the business.
- Providing general HR support to the Reward Team.

- Demonstrable experience working in HR, supporting the energy sector.
- Highly organised, numerate, with demonstrable problem-solving skills.
- A high level of integrity, ethics, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and able to demonstrate a positive and "can-do" attitude.
- IT literate with knowledge of, and ability to competently use HR systems.
