Qreates is at the forefront of AI product photography, revolutionising the way brands showcase their products. Our mission is to bridge the gap for ecommerce brands in how they create their digital assets.

We are seeking an AI Model Developer with a specialisation in 3D to join our team and lead the development of cutting-edge AI capabilities that bridge Computer Vision (CV), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), and Reinforcement Learning (RL) with 3D modelling.

Role Overview:

As an AI Model Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and refining AI models that are capable of generating high-quality 3D objects from 2D images. You will work closely with a team of passionate AI experts to push the boundaries of what's possible in AI product photography, focusing on the integration of 3D into various AI domains to create immersive, realistic creative assets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and train AI models with a focus on 3D applications in CV, NLP, GANs, and RL.
• Lead projects in 3D object recognition and generation, leveraging 3D-GANs to create high-quality 3D assets.
• Integrate large language models with computer vision to enhance 3D recognition and reconstruction capabilities.
• Apply reinforcement learning techniques to solve complex 3D challenges, exploring how RL intersects with 3D environments.
• Stay ahead of the latest AI and 3D advancements to ensure our solutions remain at the cutting edge.

Required Skills:

• For CV with 3D Specialisation: Proficiency in programming and experience in 3D image processing and visualisation. Familiarity with CV libraries and 3D applications.
• For NLP: Basic AI skills, coding in Python, and experience with neural networks and transformer architecture for 3D tasks.
• For GANs: Deep understanding of neural networks, training methodologies, and optimization for 3D object generation.
• For RL: Experience in neural networks training and applying search as planning in 3D spaces.

Across All Domains: Python proficiency, machine learning models, data modelling techniques, and experience integrating AI/ML services, especially in 3D technology.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field with a focus on 3D.

3-5+ years proven AI model development experience with a portfolio showcasing 3D projects.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
