Location: Grantham
Start Date: Immediate Start Required
Salary: £80 – £100 per day

GSL Education Lincolnshire is currently seeking a
HLTA Level 3 (SEMH Knowledge essential) for one of its client schools located in
Grantham.
Responsibilities may include: - Assist and contribute to the planning, delivery, and evaluation of the learning process.
- Provide academic, social, and emotional support to children aged 2 to 16 years old.
- Recognise triggers and warning signs to prevent behaviour from escalating.
- Be aware of knowledgeable of the different agencies and services who work with young people.
- Supervise classes, as well as providing targeted support to individuals or small groups of students to enhance their learning experience.
- Establish rapport and trusting relationships to effectively communicate with children, staff and parents and carers.
- Lead and manage classroom activities when required, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements: - An Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) on the update service or willing to apply for a new one through GSL Education.
- A strong understanding of the primary school curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA Level 3) or relevant qualifications.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
