Ward Manager

Up to £48,000
37.5 hours per week

Are you an experienced RMN or RNLD looking for a new managerial role within a specialist setting in Ayr?
My client is a specialist & highly rated Clinic located in the sought after area of Ayr & are looking for an exceptional Ward Manager.
Offering care for female & male patients suffering with a mental health conditions & personality disorders, this specialist clinic is owned by a nationwide, highly rated provider. This particular role is managing a female step down ward, helping them maintain their recovery journeys.
As the successful Ward Manager you will work 37.5 hours per week predominantly Monday to Friday 8am- 4pm with nursing cover as & when required.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
• RMN or RNLD Qualified with an active PIN
• Experience in a mental health setting at a management level, my client will look at a Unit Manager or senior nurse who has leadership experience
• Proven leadership, team building and motivational skills.
• Outstanding Management and communication skills.
• Up to date knowledge of the Mental Health Legislation.
