Job description
As a Manager, you will be part of a collaborative team focused on addressing intricate business challenges spanning from strategic planning to implementation. Responsibilities at this managerial level include, but are not limited to:
- Supervising and overseeing multiple client service teams during project engagements.
- Strategizing, coordinating, and completing transfer pricing projects across diverse industries.
- Nurturing, training, and guiding staff members while evaluating their performance for both project engagements and annual reviews.
- Maintaining open lines of communication with clients externally and with team members internally to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, meet deadlines, and lead change initiatives effectively.
- Actively participating in business development endeavors to identify and pursue opportunities with new and existing clients.
- Staying informed about pertinent regulatory and business developments.
- Embracing opportunities to acquire new skills beyond one's comfort zone.
- Taking action to resolve any issues hindering team effectiveness.
- Coaching team members, recognizing their strengths, and encouraging them to take charge of their professional growth.
- Analyzing complex concepts or proposals and formulating a range of meaningful recommendations.
- Leveraging various information sources, including input from stakeholders, to devise solutions and recommendations.
- Addressing any substandard work or deliverables that fall short of the firm's or client's expectations.
- Utilizing data and insights to inform decisions and support conclusions.
- Developing perspectives on major global trends and their implications for clients.
- Managing diverse viewpoints to foster consensus and achieve positive outcomes for all stakeholders.
- Streamlining complex messages by emphasizing and summarizing key points.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in accounting, finance, taxation, law, or a related field.
- Five or more years of experience in transfer pricing, with a strong grasp of technical aspects.
- Proficiency in computer usage and a high level of English proficiency.
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional client service and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to cultivate and sustain excellent client relationships.
- Strong leadership qualities, coupled with expertise in business development, training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Capability to plan and execute tasks within tight deadlines.
- Experience in building and nurturing internal and external relationships and networks.
