Bennett and Game currently have the pleasure of representing a multi-award winning architectural practise based in Bath, who are seeking a meticulous Architectural Technologist to join their ever-growing team. Throughout their 3 offices, they have a built up an enthusiastic team of talented Architectural professional specialising within Planning, Architecture, Heritage and Placemaking.

Their ethos also highlights the importance of the sustainability of a project, putting this at forefront of their developments.The successful Architectural Technologist will be work closely alongside senior members of staff, assisting with the technical stages of a project, using Revit on a daily. Our client have developed a vast portfolio, including Residential and Mixed Use developments.

Architectural Technologist Position Remuneration

• Competitive salary, ranging between £35,000 to £40,000
• 23 days' holiday, rising to 26 after 5 years of service

Architectural Technologist Position Overview

• Producing high quality technical drawings
• Liaising with clients and other consultancy
• Working on a variety of refurbishments and new builds of large scale Residential and Mixed Use
• Mentor for less experienced staff members.
• Use Revit on a daily basis, to produce high quality technical drawings
• Developing technical design approach and bringing experience to the realisation of design concepts

Architectural Technologist Position Requirements

• Relevant Degree qualified
• Experience working within a variety of sectors, ideally working on large scale Residential and Mixed-use projects
• 2 years+ post qualification experience
• Proficient working with Revit
• Excellent tenure
• Must have outstanding knowledge of building regulations
• Live in a commutable distance of Bath
• Ability to work as part of a team and individual
