Remuneration: Total Earnings approximately £100k+

Description: Part Time/Full Time performer Dentist required 3 – 5 days per week for a friendly, INDEPENDENT mixed practice in the heart of Peckham
•    5000 UDAs available @ £12-£13/UDA depending on experience
•    £7000 Gross Private earnings/month @ 50% split
•    Bonuses Available
•    Fully digital - Digital radiographs - rotary endodontics - intraoral cameras
•    3 air conditioned surgeries
•    Negative pressure air system
•    Modern refurbished surgeries with smart TVs in each room
•    Dedicated practice manager, dental hygienists and associates

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
- IRMER
- PIN number
