We have developed extreme volume lateral flow manufacturing capability using proprietary lateral flow formats.

Position Description:

In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing and testing new materials and manufacturing technologies for Over-the-Counter Diagnostics. Here's what you'll be doing:

1. Innovation and Development: Drive innovation in manufacturing processes and technology for new products, emphasising robust testing methods and modular test systems.

2. Problem-Solving Prodigy: Independently tackle technical challenges, identifying root causes, evaluating optimal solutions, and implementing them effectively.

3. Capital Projects Mastery: Lead capital projects, including equipment estimates, resource planning, and quality requirements. Monitor project progress to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

4. Speed to Market: Utilise cutting-edge engineering techniques to expedite product time-to-market while adhering to regulatory requirements, project deadlines, and cost constraints.

5. New Product Support: Provide crucial engineering support for new product and process introductions, ensuring all activities align with Flexotronix new product development procedures.

6. Validation Expertise: Execute equipment and process validations (IQ, OQ, PQ) to maintain the highest quality standards.

7. Collaborative Team Player: Collaborate closely with scientific teams and new product designers to ensure test methodologies are integrated early in the development process.
