Job description
The Margin Review Manager supports and works with a multidisciplinary global team in completion of margin reviews, amendments, and renewals for existing Long Term Services Agreements (LTSAs) for the EthosEnergy Global Gas Turbine Product Line. The role also works with the Global LTSA Team responsible for the processes and tools utilized by the Commercial Management teams globally in developing, modeling, proposing, and contracting new LTSA deals as part of the selling processes within the various regional businesses.
This role reports to Eastern Hemisphere Commercial Director, Term and Integrated Solutions, can be remotely located across the Eastern Hemisphere in one of our operating countries and requires travel as required to support internal and external requirements. This role requires excellent analytical and modeling skills, project management acumen, sound business judgement, and strong teamwork skills in supporting, directing, guiding, empowering, coaching, and monitoring all personnel as required to deliver the annual Contract Margin Reviews in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial and technical models of LTSA contracts consistent with EthosEnergy Commercial guidelines
- Evaluate and analyze options, scenarios, and risks and present findings for management decisions and approvals
- Build excellent working relationship; manage expectations and conflicting requirements with integrity, openness, and professionalism.
- Develop and foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, excellence, and high performance
- Mentor and guide others through the use of Commercial processes and tools to meet internal and external deadlines
- Manage self and others as needed to deliver efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the Contract Margin Review Process.
- Review, assess, improve, and maintain appropriate operating standards, principles, and controls to provide focus on meeting Contract Margin Review business goals and on delivering service excellence within the Global Gas Turbine Product Line.
- Continually seek to improve contract margin review process by reducing inefficiencies, encouraging innovation and creative ideas, regardless of source, and, then, implement continuous improvement within the teams you support and work with to remove the identified inefficiencies.
- Ensure that all personnel comply with EthosEnergy policies, including HSE, Contracting, Finance, and Business Integrity.
