Job description

My client based in East London is looking for an experienced Band 6 Blood Sciences Biomedical Scientist for a locum contract, starting as soon as possible.

The Role:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Day Shift - 35 hrs p/w:
  • Early shift 08:00 - 16:00
  • Late 12:00 - 20:00
• Night Shift will start after 8-12 week day training period
  • Night hours are 20.00 - 08.00 with 1 hour break (unpaid)
  • Staff will work a 3 nights on/ 3 nights off pattern

Requirements:

• HCPC Registered as a Biomedical Scientist
• Experience:
  • Haematology - Sysxmex XN Analysers
  • Coagulation - Sysmex CS Analysers
  • Blood Transfusion - BioRad IH500 Analysers
  • Morphology
